Very nice rooms and beds very comfortable.

I noticed that the advertised breakfast was nonexistent, leading to major disappointment. The alarm incident at 7:30 AM left guests panicked with no staff to assist, causing major frustration.

Beautiful room and staff is always accommodating and welcoming.

It has marvellous and stunning location in the middle of jackson.

Stayed here for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed my choice. The room was reasonably large with breakfast included, I was happy about that. The most amicable staff I ever met. The hotel was in a particularly good and amazing location really close to the Country Concert venue and close to stores. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Staff was absent during the fire alarm scare.

I loved the super comfy beds that gave the feeling of I was sleeping on a cloud 🌙 The area was a bit sketchy, though, and their advertised breakfast was nonexistent. Definitely a mixed stay.

The room was decent in size, but the shower water was lukewarm and took time to heat up. Unfortunately, there was no breakfast service, and the fire alarm went off early in the morning with no staff around to assist. It could improve by enhancing guest services and amenities.
